Nose
Delicate pine, lavender, tea and grapefruit zest — soft and faintly sweet
Palate
Sweet citrus with lemon rind and lime into mid-palate juniper — grapefruit, tea, liquorice and violet with sweetened lemon zest and white pepper, evolving dry herbaceous chamomile-like nuance
Finish
Long and dry with grassy vegetal green tea warmth and moderate astringency — tea tannins evident in the piney juniper fresh finish
