Palate
Fresh oily citrus peels and juniper with vanilla from the barrel, baking spices, forest floor, orange peel, cream soda — evergreen chased by a wild collection of barrel-aged notes
Finish
Slightly hot but quite dry with toasted barrel character — warmth and oak persistence
