Tasting Notes

Nose

Juniper-forward — sweet orange and lavender, the Turin heritage evident in the Italian botanical selection

Palate

Citrussy and floral — wormwood adding bitter complexity, gentian providing earthy depth, iris florals, the Italian aperitivo tradition running through every sip

Finish

Bitter-sweet — wormwood and gentian's aperitivo character, lavender softness, a Negroni gin from the city that invented the aperitivo

Expert Review

7/10

From Turin — once the capital of Italian liqueurs, surrounded by fertile land rich in herbs and close to Genoa's spice markets. Juniper-forward London Dry with wormwood, gentian, iris, sweet orange, and lavender. Made for mixing but flavourful enough neat.
