Drums was an important Italian gin brand and this 1970s Ingham bottling at 40% shows why. The London Dry style is clean and juniper-forward with nice depth and character.

As a piece of Italian gin history, this 1970s Drums at 40% is certainly interesting. The juniper has held up well but some of the brighter notes have faded. Worth trying for the experience.
