— Ethical but average
Fair's ethical sourcing is admirable and the Fairtrade credentials are genuine. At 42% this London Dry is clean and juniper-focused. But the flavour profile, while pleasant, doesn't offer anything that sets it apart from dozens of other London Drys. You're paying for the ethics, which is fair enough.
