A pleasant 1960s London Dry at 46.2% with good juniper character, but vintage bottle collectors have driven the price up to a point where the value proposition is questionable. It is good, but not worth paying a premium over modern craft gins.

This 1960s Gilbey's at 46.2% is a wonderful vintage find. The London Dry profile is robust and full-flavoured, with a depth and richness that modern Gilbey's simply cannot match. Proper old-school gin.

Opened this 1960s Gilbey's at a dinner party and it was the highlight of the evening. At 46.2% the London Dry profile is bold and characterful. Everyone agreed it was noticeably better than the modern version.
