Freya Lindqvist VIPsAllowed — Thyme and Basil Depth
8/10

The earthy thyme and sweet peppery basil add gorgeous depth to Gin Mare's Mediterranean character. At 42.7% ABV the dry olive minerality on the finish is appetising and the rosemary lingers beautifully.

Jake Morrison VIPsAllowed — Rosemary Dominance
9/10

Aromatic rosemary dominance on the palate is Gin Mare's signature. It's herbal, resinous, and utterly captivating. The basil adds peppery sweetness, the olive brings umami, and at 42.7% the anchoring juniper-citrus keeps it grounded.

Haruki Sato VIPsAllowed — Too Savoury for Gin
6/10

The olive brine and rosemary are interesting but at 42.7% ABV this tastes more like a herb-infused spirit than a gin. The juniper is too far in the background and the savoury quality dominates. Innovative but I want my gin to taste of gin.
