Sweet touch of fennel on the tip of the tongue — clean juniper-forward London Dry structure, lemongrass adding Indian citrus character, ginger zing, coriander warmth, subtle layers of fennel and angelica adding depth mid-palate

Macedonian juniper meets Indian coriander, fennel, ginger and lemongrass — botanicals designed to work with Indian food and Indian tonic. Costs half of Bombay Sapphire and a third of Stranger & Sons while making an excellent G&T. Silver medal at London Spirits Competition. Acquired by Diageo India in 2025.
