Hayman's Gently Rested at 41.3% is a lovely concept — brief cask ageing adds a golden hue and subtle warmth without overwhelming the London Dry character. Oak and vanilla whisper rather than shout. Charming gin.

The resting at 41.3% is so gentle that the oak influence is almost imperceptible. While the London Dry quality is fine, I struggled to identify what the cask rest actually adds beyond a slight golden tinge. Neither fully fresh nor properly aged.
