7.6/10A poised London Dry at 44% ABV that pairs juniper backbone with a bright citrus identity, its name a tribute to the naval physician who linked lime to survival at sea.

View All (7)The lime character at 44% is bright and pleasant, but I found it overshadowed the juniper backbone. It's a well-made London Dry but the citrus dominance makes it feel less like a traditional gin.
