Palate
Light and almost watery at first, then the juniper character builds — sharp pine, gentle citrus undertones that the berry naturally provides, a clean purity that showcases exactly what premium Italian juniper tastes like in isolation
Finish
Remarkably long bright juniper aftertaste — lingers in the back of the throat, piney and clean, the single botanical proving it needs nothing else to sustain interest
