Expert Review

8.2/10

Salcombe's Rose Sainte Marie is a polished flavoured gin where rose petals and orange blossom lead, but Macedonian juniper and pink peppercorn spice keep it firmly in gin territory. Refined, layered, and worth the premium price tag.

10/10

Salcombe Rose Sainte Marie is breathtakingly beautiful. The Macedonian juniper, rose petals, lemon verbena, pink peppercorns, and orange blossom create a flavoured gin that is simultaneously complex, elegant, and utterly captivating at 41.4%. Every sip is a sensory experience. The finest floral gin I have ever tasted.

Salcombe always deliver quality and Rose Sainte Marie is no exception. The lemon verbena and rose petals add a fresh florality at 41.4%, while the pink peppercorns provide a lovely warming finish. Beautiful gin from beautiful Devon.

Salcombe have achieved something remarkable — a flavoured gin where the florals enhance rather than mask the juniper. At 41.4% the rose petals and orange blossom are elegant, and the pink peppercorn finish is gorgeous.
