Sincere lives up to its name with a straightforward, well-made barrel-aged gin at 47%. The oak influence adds warmth, vanilla, and a golden colour without overwhelming the juniper. Clean and genuine.

At 47% this sits in an awkward middle ground between gin and whisky for me. The barrel ageing is well done but it mutes some of the botanical freshness that I enjoy in gin. If I want oak-aged spirit, I reach for whisky. A matter of personal preference.

Sincere Barrel Aged Gin at 47% is the finest aged gin I have tasted. The balance between juniper and oak is absolutely perfect — warm, complex, and endlessly sippable. Vanilla and spice from the barrel weave seamlessly through the botanical profile. Outstanding craftsmanship.
