Bold and umami-rich

If you're tired of sweet and floral gins, Cambridge's Truffle Gin at 42% ABV is the answer. The earthy truffle notes add savoury umami complexity to the London Dry profile. A conversation-starter.

Genius flavour pairing

Truffle and gin — who would have thought? Cambridge Distillery at 42%, that's who. The London Dry base is excellent, and the truffle adds an extraordinary earthy, savoury dimension. A truly innovative gin.

Most innovative gin ever made

Cambridge Distillery's Truffle Gin at 42% is a stroke of genius. The marriage of truffle's earthy luxury with a clean London Dry base is unprecedented and perfectly executed. This gin has changed what I think is possible in distilling.

Luxurious and unique

The truffle in Cambridge Distillery's gin at 42% adds a sense of luxury and indulgence. The London Dry profile provides structure while the truffle brings earthy opulence. Not for everyday, but special occasions demand it.

Cambridge at their best

Cambridge Distillery consistently push boundaries, and this Truffle Gin at 42% is their most daring creation. The London Dry base is impeccable, and the truffle integration is masterful — savoury, earthy, and utterly compelling.

Fascinating but challenging

The truffle concept is bold and the London Dry at 42% certainly delivers on its promise — you can smell and taste the truffle. But it's a challenging flavour in gin, and after a couple of sips I found it somewhat overwhelming.
