Coconut-Almond Charm

The coconut-almond quality from the gorse flowers is genuinely unique. It's subtle and natural, adding a warmth and sweetness that's unlike any other gin. The cassia bark adds cinnamon spice at 40%. Lovely stuff.

Dorset in Every Sip

Conker captures the Dorset landscape beautifully — gorse flowers from the clifftops, samphire from the shore, elderflower from the hedgerows. At 40% ABV the steady juniper backbone supports everything with quiet confidence.

Samphire Minerality

The intriguing samphire minerality adds a coastal edge that's unique among Plymouth-style gins. Combined with gorse flower sweetness and steady juniper backbone at 40%, the soft finish with faint mineral quality is distinctive.

Elderflower Elegance

The elderflower on the palate adds a delicate floral elegance. Combined with Conker's signature gorse flower and subtle samphire, it creates a gin of real refinement. At 40% ABV the soft finish is clean and satisfying.

Gentle to a Fault

The gorse and elderflower are lovely but at 40% ABV the overall profile is very gentle. The cassia bark and juniper are understated and the samphire minerality is barely there. I wish it had more intensity.

Dorset's Finest Expression

Conker Dorset Dry is a masterclass in terroir-driven gin. Gorse flower coconut-almond, samphire minerality, elderflower florals, and steady juniper — all at 40% ABV with a soft, mineral finish. Every botanical tells the story of Dorset's coast and countryside. Sublime.

Gorse Flower Signature

The distinctive gorse flower coconut-almond note is Conker's signature. Softened juniper, floral elderflower, and faint coastal salinity at 40% ABV. The soft floral entry with gorse and elderberry is beautiful.
