A Gin That Tells a Story

Ethical Spirits have created something that tastes as good as its mission. The cacao influence is elegant and restrained — earthy, slightly bitter, deeply satisfying.

Pure Innovation

This is what modern gin should be about. The cacao adds layers of complexity — dark chocolate, roasted earth, subtle bitterness — all anchored by proper juniper. At 46% it's absolutely perfect. A gin I'd happily drink every day.

Sustainability Tastes Good

Love the ethos behind this gin — upcycled cacao husks turned into something genuinely delicious. The chocolate undertones are sophisticated, not gimmicky. The London Dry style keeps it grounded.

Unique and Brilliant

The cacao element adds this gorgeous dark richness without making it taste like a dessert. Still very much a gin with proper juniper character. At 46% it's got enough body to carry those complex flavours.

Chocolate Meets Juniper

A fascinating concept — cacao and gin together. The chocolate notes are subtle and earthy rather than sweet, which works surprisingly well with the juniper backbone. The 46% ABV gives it real presence.

Dark and Mysterious

There's something really special about sipping this neat. The cacao adds warmth and depth that you just don't get from other gins. Beautifully bottled at 46%, every sip reveals something new.

Interesting But Niche

The cacao concept is clever and the sustainability angle is commendable, but it's quite unusual and I'm not sure it works in every cocktail. Fine neat or in a Martini, less convincing in a G&T.
