Filliers Pine Tree Blossom Dry Gin 28
Flavoured 42.6% ABVUtterly unique gin experience
Nothing else quite like this in my collection. The pine tree blossom gives an almost alpine freshness that's completely different from your typical flavoured gin. Complex, layered, and utterly drinkable. Filliers really know what they're doing.
Belgian craftsmanship at its best
Filliers have done something special here. The pine tree blossom is elegant rather than heavy-handed, giving this gin a uniquely aromatic, almost perfumed quality. The 28 botanicals create real depth. One of the most original flavoured gins I've tried.
Pine-forward and proud of it
If you're after something different, this Filliers delivers. The pine tree blossom gives it an almost resinous, forest-floor quality that's beautifully aromatic. Works a treat in a G&T with rosemary.
My favourite flavoured gin ever
This is the gin I keep coming back to. The pine tree blossom botanical is inspired — it's fresh, aromatic, and unlike anything else on the shelf. At 42.6% it's perfectly balanced. Every sip reveals something new from those 28 botanicals.
A woodland walk in a glass
Really distinctive flavoured gin. The pine blossom botanical shines through without being overpowering, and at 42.6% there's enough backbone to stand up in cocktails. Genuinely impressed by how well the flavour profile holds together.
Lovely aromatic character
Pine blossom works surprisingly well as a lead botanical. Fresh and resinous on the nose, with a clean, slightly sweet palate. The 42.6% ABV is well judged.
Interesting but one-dimensional
The pine blossom note is genuinely lovely and quite unique for a flavoured gin, but beyond that initial hit there's not much complexity. At 42.6% it carries itself well, though I'd have liked more botanical depth to back up that gorgeous pine character.
