Tasting
The nose is immediately bergamot citrus — a sweet-sour hybrid of lime and bitter orange with faint juniper. On the palate, citrus leads with bergamot's sweet-sour-spicy character, juniper present but not prominent, the bergamot becoming more complex over time. The finish is durable with evolving citrus.

Gin Eva La Bergamota earns a 7 for another two-botanical masterclass. Like their olive gin, it proves that simplicity can be extraordinary. Best Botanical Gin of Spanish Author at the 2020 World Gin Awards. A citrus lover's gin that also makes a remarkable G&T.
