Mediterranean in a glass

Basil, rosemary, thyme, and olive — it genuinely tastes like a Mediterranean garden. The cardamom adds an unexpected warmth that ties everything together. A beautifully aromatic Contemporary gin.

Savoury gin done right

If you're going to make a savoury gin, this is how. The arbequina olive is balanced by fresh basil and bright citrus. The cardamom-citrus close is warm and inviting. Genuinely distinctive.

Herbaceous masterpiece

The olive oil richness on the palate is extraordinary. Fresh basil and rosemary depth create something that feels more like a culinary ingredient than a mere spirit. At 42.7% it's perfect for a dirty martini.

Nothing else like it

Gin Mare occupies a category of one. The thyme, olive, basil, and rosemary nose is immediately transporting. The medium-long finish with herbal persistence rewards slow sipping. A Contemporary gin of real ambition.

Perfect summer gin

Pour this over ice with a good Mediterranean tonic and a sprig of rosemary. The herbal persistence on the finish and the olive brine make it impossibly refreshing on a hot day.

The best savoury gin made

This is genius in a bottle. The arbequina olive, fresh basil, rosemary, and cardamom create something that transcends typical gin. At 42.7% every element shines. That warm cardamom-citrus close stays with you long after the last sip. Absolutely outstanding.

Savoury might be too much

The arbequina olive brine is certainly distinctive, and the rosemary and basil are fresh, but the overall savoury character can be polarising. At 42.7% it's well crafted, but I sometimes wish the juniper were more assertive against all those Mediterranean herbs.
