The nose is piney juniper and spice — the ten-botanical Hayman's character immediately recognisable. Liquorice, zesty citrus, and nutty angelica add depth. It is clean and classic.
On the palate, the sweetness is immediately apparent but expertly calibrated. It amplifies the classic London Dry flavours rather than masking them — the juniper is more vivid, the citrus more juicy, the spice more aromatic. Dry piney juniper and spice balance the sweetness, creating a drinking experience that is richer and more approachable than the standard London Dry.
