Reliable and Clean

You always know what you're getting with Hayman's. The lemon and orange peel citrus is bright, the juniper is firm, and the angelica root grounds everything. A clean, medium finish at 40%. No surprises, no complaints.

G&T Perfection

Pour Hayman's over ice, add quality tonic, and you've got a perfect G&T. The lemon peel sings, the juniper is crisp, and the coriander adds just enough warmth. At 40% it's supremely drinkable.

Textbook London Dry

Hayman's is London Dry by the book — bright juniper, clean lemon peel, gentle orange, and earthy angelica root. The coriander adds a subtle spice. At 40% ABV it's perfectly balanced for mixing.

Angelica Root Backbone

What sets Hayman's apart is the earthy angelica root that gives it real backbone. Combined with bright lemon peel and whisper of coriander spice, the result is a beautifully structured London Dry.

Heritage in Every Sip

The Hayman family recipe shines. Firm juniper expanding into citrus — first lemon, then orange — with subtle peppery warmth and that silky medium body. The angelica bitterness on the finish is perfectly judged.

The Standard-Bearer

If I could only drink one London Dry for the rest of my life, Hayman's would be a serious contender. The balance of juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander, and angelica root is exemplary. Clean, medium-dry finish. Absolutely faultless at 40%.

Solid But Unadventurous

Hayman's is well made — the juniper, coriander, and citrus peel are all in good order. But at 40% ABV it lacks the punch of higher-proof gins, and the botanical profile is textbook rather than thrilling. Safe and sound.
