Tasting
The nose is complex with warm orange and Mediterranean spice. On the palate, distinctly smooth with balance of spice, citrus and florals — warm orange with delicate spice from fifteen botanicals. The finish is balanced and lingering.
The Bottom Line
Maidstone George Bishop earns a 7 for reviving Kent's distilling heritage with award-winning quality. The fifteen-botanical complexity is impressive, and their Ranscombe Wild foraging-based gin won the 2024 Gin Guide Awards. A Kent distillery making proper London Dry.
