Fascinating Evolution

Seeing how mulberry wood cask ageing transforms Monkey 47 is fascinating. At 47% the barrel-aged version is richer and warmer, with vanilla and oak notes complementing the legendary 47 botanicals. An evolution worth experiencing.

Luxury Sipping Gin

This is a gin for contemplation, not casual mixing. At 47% the barrel-aged Monkey 47 has a richness and warmth that rewards slow sipping. The oak and mulberry wood add gorgeous vanilla and spice notes.

Expensive Experiment

The barrel ageing at 47% adds pleasant warmth to Monkey 47, but at the premium price I am not convinced it improves on the already exceptional original. The oak smooths out some of the wild Black Forest character that makes Monkey 47 special.

Complex Beyond Words

Monkey 47 Barrel Cut at 47% ABV layers oak influence over one of the most complex gin recipes in existence. The result is extraordinary — 47 botanicals plus barrel character create something of almost infinite depth. Remarkable.

The Greatest Aged Gin

Monkey 47 Barrel Cut at 47% is the finest barrel-aged gin ever made. Taking 47 Black Forest botanicals and refining them through mulberry wood cask ageing creates something transcendent — warm, complex, endlessly fascinating. Every sip reveals new layers. This is gin elevated to art. Nothing else comes close.

Black Forest Meets Oak

Taking the legendary Monkey 47 and ageing it in mulberry wood casks at 47% is inspired. The barrel influence adds warmth and complexity to the already staggering 47 botanicals. Rich, deep, and utterly fascinating.
