First Impressions

Puerto de Indias Classic Dry is the traditional London Dry style gin from Carmona, Seville — from a distillery with 130 years of copper pot still history. Citrus-forward with lime, grapefruit, orange and lemon peel alongside cilantro for a distinctly Sevillan fresh character. 100% natural ingredients.

Tasting

The nose is pleasantly citrus-intense and fresh. On the palate, plenty of body with intense citrus — lime, grapefruit, orange and lemon with cilantro freshness, silky smooth and warm. The finish is rich and smooth.

The Bottom Line

Puerto de Indias Classic earns a 7 for Sevillan gin-making heritage applied to the London Dry style. The citrus intensity reflects Andalucía's fruit-growing culture, and the cilantro adds a distinctly Spanish fresh touch. At around £26, well-made Spanish classic.
