Salcombe Start Point is undeniably well-made with its macedonian juniper, English coriander, and citrus peels, but at 44% it plays it a little safe. The grapefruit, lemon, and lime peels give it a pleasant citrus lift, though I wanted more boldness from a gin at this price.
