Great wee taster bottle

Bought this as a sample and ended up ordering the full size within days. The Islay botanicals create something genuinely special. Floral and wild with beautiful juniper at its core.

Perfection, any size

Whether in a small or large bottle, The Botanist is one of the finest gins ever made. The wild Islay botanicals create layers upon layers of flavour. At 46% it is absolute perfection in a Martini.

Handy travel companion

Took this on a weekend away and it was perfect. All the incredible Botanist complexity in a convenient size. Those foraged Islay herbs and flowers come through beautifully at 46%.

Islay magic in miniature

Same incredible 22 hand-foraged Islay botanicals, just in a smaller format. At 46% the complexity is phenomenal — floral, herbal, citrus all dancing together. Perfect for trying before committing to the full bottle.

Wildflower complexity

The Botanist never disappoints. Even in this small bottle you get the full spectrum of those 22 Islay botanicals. Herbal, floral, slightly minty — it is like walking through the Scottish countryside.

Ideal gift size

Bought several of these as stocking fillers and everyone raved about them. The gin itself is superb at 46% with incredible botanical complexity. Islay does gin as well as it does whisky.

Good gin, overpriced format

The gin itself is lovely with all those Islay botanicals, but the price per ml on the small bottle is steep. You are paying quite a premium for the convenience of the smaller format. Buy the full size instead.
