Tork Gin at 42.8% is a London Dry that flies under the radar and that's a shame. The juniper is beautifully assertive, the botanical balance is precise, and the dry finish is exemplary. Sometimes the best gins are the ones nobody's talking about. This is quietly one of the finest London Drys I've tasted.
