Intense clementine zest and lemon zest — rushing out of the glass, sweet pink peppercorn with spicy black pepper, classic juniper hit, subtle sweet-dry liquorice hum

Palate

Classic mouth-coating texture — clementine and lemon from the nose building powerfully, really powerful juniper and peppercorn keeping the assertiveness coming, the 45% giving serious presence

Finish

Oranges and lemons lingering far after juniper, pepper and liquorice have faded — very very long, the St Clement's theme persisting beautifully
