Tasting Notes
Nose
Juniper and coriander arriving cleanly — floral and earthy notes from rooibos, gentle citrus, lighter and more delicate than alcoholic gin but recognisably gin-adjacent
Palate
Smooth and full-bodied considering no alcohol — rooibos providing a sweet nutty character, buchu adding a herbal complexity used by indigenous South Africans for thousands of years, juniper and coriander maintaining the gin framework, cardamom warmth
Finish
Delicate and relatively short — clean juniper fade, rooibos sweetness lingering, less of the peppery bite that alcohol provides but a satisfying conclusion
