Jim and Tonic have done something properly creative here. The hop-forward profile gives it an IPA-like bitterness that works surprisingly well alongside the bright grapefruit. Loved every sip.

This is the most original gin I've encountered in years. The citra and hallertauer hops combined with zesty grapefruit peel create something totally unique. At 42% ABV it's perfectly balanced. A triumph.
