Fresh and Zingy

The grapefruit peel really sings in this one, and the hop character adds an interesting bitter backbone. A London Dry with genuine personality. Great with plain tonic to let the botanicals shine.

Inventive and Delicious

Jim and Tonic have done something properly creative here. The hop-forward profile gives it an IPA-like bitterness that works surprisingly well alongside the bright grapefruit. Loved every sip.

Absolute Flavour Innovation

This is the most original gin I've encountered in years. The citra and hallertauer hops combined with zesty grapefruit peel create something totally unique. At 42% ABV it's perfectly balanced. A triumph.

Unique Hop Character

The combination of citra and hallertauer hops with grapefruit peel is genuinely original. It bridges the gap between craft beer and craft gin brilliantly. A real conversation starter at 42%.

Beer Lover's Gin

As someone who loves both craft beer and gin, this is right up my street. The hop bitterness from the citra and hallertauer hops pairs beautifully with the zesty grapefruit peel. Really clever stuff.

Hops Meet Gin Brilliantly

The citra hops bring tropical fruit notes that complement the grapefruit peel perfectly. At 42% it's well-structured and the London Dry base keeps the juniper present throughout.

Too Hoppy for My Taste

I appreciate the innovation, but the hallertauer and citra hops dominate to the point where it tastes more like a botanical IPA than a gin. The grapefruit peel is pleasant but gets lost. Not my cup of tea.
