First Impressions
Ben Lomond Blood Orange & Pink Grapefruit takes the Double Gold-winning Scottish gin base and infuses it with generous helpings of blood orange and pink grapefruit. At 38%, it is designed as a citrus-forward summer gin from the Loch Lomond Distillery.
Tasting
The nose is fresh and fruity with vibrant citrus. On the palate, very smooth with fresh grapefruit zest and juicy blood orange burst — bright and punchy with beautifully balanced juniper finish. The finish carries refreshing berry sweetness with lingering orange zest.
The Bottom Line
Ben Lomond Blood Orange earns a 7 for a citrus gin with proper juniper backbone from a serious distillery. The Double Gold base means the gin character survives the fruit infusion. Bright, fresh, and perfect for summer G&Ts.
