Green juniper sits in the background with coriander and orris emerging, while gooseberry adds plum-like fruit and citrus throughout. The finish sees elderflower and gooseberry citrus linger with the gin base preventing it from becoming merely floral.

Edinburgh Elderflower & Gooseberry earns a 7 for being among the better elderflower gins available. The gooseberry provides tartness that cuts through the elderflower's sweetness, and the gin notes remain present throughout.
