Six foraged botanicals — crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf, wildflower meadow hay — join classic gin ingredients.
Tasting
The nose shows clear juniper with gentle floral, herbal and fruit tones. On the palate, juniper dry with floral and fruit — apple and elderflower with hedgerow character. The finish is dry with light fruity smoothness and a distinctive meadow hay green note.
